Business & Entrepreneurship
During Q2, I had taken up a course called designing business processes. In this course, I developed the skills and knowledge on how to design processes that make planning and organizing easier for big companies. Further, my elective for Q4 was fundamentals of product innovation, and with this course, I explored the three fundamental stages of marketing a product which are, the fuzzy front end, product development, and the launch. With such knowledge, I have developed theories to tackle large-scale problems in companies while managing other self-autonomous teams as well as what steps to take while launching your product. For P1 I took the responsibility to make the business model. Moreover, the student team gave me real-world experience on how the business would work with the aim of launching a product. Being in such an environment, helped develop an entrepreneurial attitude. In my third year, I took up a course design for innovation methods. Through this course, I was able to formulate different methodologies at different phases of the design process to see the success at each of these stages. Developed inherent industrial entrpreneurship, marketing and business skills becoming inspiring and enthusiastic. Able to persist and operate despite clearly defined goals and to explore, define, and react to emerging customer’s needs. Can easily improvise while creating opportunities, being able to manages and lead the design process
